舒杨,女,成人抖音教授,博士生导师,辽宁省“兴辽英才计划”青年拔尖人才。研究方向为生物分子荧光成像、核酸技术传感、纳米诊疗药物等。作为项目负责人承担国家自然科学基金项目4项。在ACS Sensors、Anal Chem、Chem Eng J、Biosens Bioelectron、Carbon等发表SCI论文100余篇,单篇引用200余次。
近年来的主要研究工作:
1. 生物分子荧光成像:合成小分子荧光化合物和荧光纳米材料,特异性成像分析细胞内半胱氨酸、酶、金属离子、线粒体膜电位、pH和温度等。
2. 核酸技术传感:设计DNA、RNA适配体荧光探针,结合等温扩增、CRISPR等放大策略,检测和成像生物样本中的酶和核酸,用于肿瘤细胞的精准识别和区分。
3. 纳米诊疗药物:构建离子液体活性药物成分、离子液体微乳和水凝胶增强药物透皮递送和可控释药;开发金属多酚纳米复合物用于光疗、热疗和化疗等联合治疗。
